Over a decade, three domains have been a part of our company and we even went by a different name for a few years. SYP Direct, was originally Southern Yellow Pine Direct and was shortened for reasons that do not stand up today. So, after realizing that SYP Direct didn't have the same impact on search engines we are back to Southern Yellow Pine Direct with the domain to match. What never changed was the customer service, specifically Heather and her ability to explain our floors and communicate during the logistics process with customers. She is the reason, along with our amazing floors, for our A+ BBB rating.

Floors need matching trim, stairs and other various parts of the house that we can provide in a couple of ways. First of all, you matching treads and trim, but for most other projects many of our customers find that the 10% overage they ordered goes along way with other projects.
